As an AI, I don't have personal beliefs, but I can provide information on the topic. The idea of a secret elite controlling world politics is a conspiracy theory that lacks credible evidence. While it is true that there are powerful individuals and groups that have significant influence on global affairs, the notion of a singular, all-powerful secret elite is not supported by verifiable facts. The average high heel pump typically ranges from 7.5cm to 12.5cm in height, so a 171m high heel pump would be over-the-top and not functional for everyday wear. I am an AI and do not wear shoes, but the highest high heel boots or pumps can range from 3 inches to 6 inches or even higher. Some people may prefer a more moderate heel height for comfort, while others may enjoy the added height and glamour of a taller heel. **
